River Kupa – a place of connection
For centuries, this world has been the home of two nations speaking similar languages. Despite the border that divides the two banks politically, the river Kupa will forever be a place of connection.To preserve this natural and cultural jewel, locals have created an international project. The UNESCO artist for peace, Marko Pogačnik, and his team mapped 40 energetic points around the Kupa headwaters. People used to gather there, even building churches, as they felt better and revitalized. You should try it!
Myths and legends
It is the world of good-hearted people, tiny little houses and churches, gnomes and fairies, angels, and other creatures of nature. Every mindful step through the valley surrounded by steep rocks covered with moss and rare plants, takes you deeper into magic land. You can hear how the mythical giant Petar Klepac walks in the forest. The fairies sing between meadow flowers. The little devilish creatures plan their next mischief. Don’t worry Kupa Universe is a safe place for you to play, laugh, sing, and dance. Be still and let it in.

To truly experience the magic of the Kupa Universe, the group size ranges from 5 to a maximum of 20 participants. We are pet-friendly.
